The quality department at Sargent’s Sonic division is fully aware that quality must be designed and planned into the products we manufacture. From process planning inception through manufacturing, testing, packaging and shipping, quality is an integral part of everyday process.

Sonic’s Quality department is staffed by highly trained technicians, responsible for verifying raw materials, validation of design requirements and assurance of specification compliance throughout the manufacturing cycle. Our quality staff focuses on continual improvement throughout the company.

Use of the latest technology and Continual Improvement tools has enabled the quality department to reduce cycle-time and increase throughput. Our knowledgeable quality staff averages 16 years of experience in the aerospace industry.

ISO 9001 & AS9100 are the foundation of Sonic Industries, Inc. quality system. The quality staff takes a pro-active approach to quality, making the entire system energetic, dynamic and progressive. Our goal is to assure the delivery of the highest quality products to our customers.

As a result of continuing high customer quality ratings, many customers have delegated their acceptance stamps to designated Monitor inspectors. This permits direct shipments to the customer's assembly lines without further verification.
